Includes qty: 6 – 1×3″ cedar boards with a ³/₈th inch gap + 1 board to connect long rows. Assembly required

Most bench facing is attached with just a few screws in each corner so it’s easy to remove and then clean under benches. Secure rows of boards by connecting perpendicular board behind the rows with 1 or 1 1/4″ fasteners. This is the same method used to construct the duck board flooring panels. Pre-build the facing panels. Set the edge back/sleeper pieces in at least 1 3/4″ in from the end of the panel so they do not overlap the leg assemblies. Note: The bench legs need to be set back 1″ from the front of the bench so that facing panels are recessed under the benches.
