Sauna Wall Light can handle up to a 150 watt incandescent bulb or lower to adjust the lumens in your sauna

Light is dimmable IF your bulb is. Typically, all incandescent and LED bulbs with the normal voltage are dimmable without any extra electrical components

Use any incandescent or LED bulb or oven appliance bulb. For night sauna sessions, we recommend a red-colored light bulb. Red soothes and doesn’t wake you nearly as much as white light
