NOTE: Often these will trip because the rocks are packed or become too tightly packed in the heater from use and expansion and contraction, holding the heat inside the heater instead of letting the heat flow up and out causing the hi limit/reset to trip.. “Fluff” up the rock to allow more air flow through the heater will keep this from happening. Often you must push on the reset button harder than you may think to reset the heater. If the button is a little springy this indicates that it has not tripped and you likely have another issue.
