Built-in – controls are part of the heater body. 1-8 hr delay before start-up and then 60 min. Timer (countdown), on/off mode, thermostat regulates the temperature and independent light switch (on/off only)
External Analog – controls are wall-mounted outside the sauna. Similar function to built-in controls. Wind-up and wind-down expiring after 1 hour
External Digital – controls are wall-mounted. The operating system offers many options for start time, duration, temperature, etc.

WiFi / Phone Apps + Remote Controller – For some sauna bathers, this is the best of all worlds. Basically everthing you’ve read above and you can set your sauna from the road
