When enjoying your sauna, feel the energizing and cleansing benefits of eucalyptus. The sauna helps your body detox. Adding eucalyptus encourages your body to sweat by opening the pores and the lungs. Use a blend that can be thrown on the sauna hot rocks along with the water. The aroma heightens your experience in the sauna. If you are using just one essential oil, place 3 – 4 drops of your desired essential oil into the water bucket intended for the hot coals. It is now ready to be added to the sauna rocks. If you are using the oils in the steam room, then add your drops directly to the steam head.
