IMPORTANT: Specify for REMODEL or NEW CONSTRUCTION

  • Remodel — Requires 5½” of height clearance AND a minimum of 3″ of clearance from insulation
  • New Construction — Requires a full 6″ of height clearance. Insulation may touch the housing of this unit (See installation tab below)

Either Recessed Light scenario includes 5 parts:

  • Stud housing (new construction) OR inner housing sleeve (remodel)
  • Ceramic extension
  • Trim Ring
  • Halogen bulb
  • Lens
The inside diameter of the trim is 3½” and the outside diameter is 5″. These wet rated recessed lights can be wired to dimmable light switches.  These trim rings only fit JUNO brand cans. If you purchase a trim ring only this item is non-returnable.   • Yes, we supply the bulb! Par 20 Halogen bulb 39 w 530 lumens. Replaces the 50 watt. rated for 2000 hrs
  • 4″ Recessed fixture, air lock gasket included for new construction can only
  • Moisture proof gasket with a powder coated 5″ trim ring
  • Glass shower trim is frosted around the outside with a clear center
  • Includes a ceramic extension and halogen bulb. CFL or LED compatible but these don’t hold up well in the heat, so we provide a halogen bulb
  • Housing shown in images above. Requires 6″ of height clearance
  • The inner housing sleeve telescopes up to 3″
  • UL approval # E 08094962
  • Internal thermal protector to prevent it from overheating if the wrong lamp or trim is used on the housing
  • These lights can be wired to dimmable light switches

* Trim can be sold separately but there are no returns or refunds when not purchased as a complete set

* IF this for a remodel, then it is NOT rated for insulation contact (IC) and requires minimum of 3″ of clearance from insulation
