Cedar is the perfect low density wood to absorb heat with anti-microbial properties. Comes in a variety of colors: blonde, pinkish to red and chocolate tones

1×3″ Clear Cedar Tongue and Groove net size is ¹¹/₁₆″ thick. The reveal is  2³/₁₆″ — or the portion exposed to the weather after the tongue and groove is interlocked together. Price is $3.60/LF or $18/per Sq. Ft.. We sell TnG by the bundle. 6 boards to a bundle.

In saunas, we recommend leaving the cedar raw and untreated.  Cedar is rated the highest on the stability range of all woods, so it is ideal for sauna and shower rooms. In a shower or tub environment, we recommend sealing the cedar with several coats of Varathane or spar varnish. This provides a beautiful finish, improves overall hygiene, keeps the wood from getting water-stained and prevents soap scum build up. For exterior applications, Sun Frog preserves cedar very well.  Provides a warm and natural element for any project.
