Covers installation of a 2 foot knee brace on the front of an 5×7 outdoor sauna kit
Placing the knees braces for a 2 ft overhang
Toenail or screw horizontal 4×4 to the exterior top trim in level position
Set the gusset for the Knee Brace against the bevel siding
Hold 4×4 knee brace up to the horizontal 4×4 and against the bevel siding close the edge of the front wall and scribe for the correct angle
Level the Knee Brace
Toe screw to the sauna walls to anchor in place
Set custom roof truss that is built different as the rest, on the knee braces as shown. Set back approx. 6” from the front of the knee brace

It’s optional to have the front truss sit at the very front of the knee braces. In this case, the home owner preferred in the middle of the top of the knee brace
